Edit: I just had my second experience with the company and it was every bit as good as the first. Gerardo was professional, polite and friendly. He explained what he was doing and left absolutely no mess whatsoever. I continue to be impressed with this company and I'm glad I found them.

I had an appointment from 12:30-1:30 and My technician was 3 hours late, arriving at 4:30. No one called me to let me know exactly how late he was running. I had to call the main office to request an update only to be told that “this happens”. … More I was basically waiting around all day for them to arrive 3 hours late. Extremely disappointing and I wish someone would have communicated that with me.
The technician was good, he was professional but again I wish there was more communication with the timing. It’s unfair to the customer. This company was a recommendation from a family member and I’m not sure I will be using them again.

The communication was accurate and professional, and he just seems to care about his work. There were a couple of trips to figure out the source but it was always timely…. Which is paramount in August in Florida. Rinaldo was so meticulous and took time to explain to me the source of the problem. AC is not simple people…. but Century, Rinaldo and Steve (the owner) have made this process a professional and high value experience for me.
