Pedro was at house today to replaced a faulty defrost control board, he’s a highly skilled AC tech. … More After he replaced the card he did a full check of the unit. Angel is one of there other techs, he is also good. Victor electronically confirms all appointments and the techs also send text messages to let you know there on there way. I have found there pricing on repairs to fair, I would use them again and keep my semiannual preventive maintenance contracted with them, I like the quick response and security provided by the preventative checkups on the units.

Edit: I just had my second experience with the company and it was every bit as good as the first. Gerardo was professional, polite and friendly. He explained what he was doing and left absolutely no mess whatsoever. I continue to be impressed with this company and I'm glad I found them.

I had an appointment from 12:30-1:30 and My technician was 3 hours late, arriving at 4:30. No one called me to let me know exactly how late he was running. I had to call the main office to request an update only to be told that “this happens”. … More I was basically waiting around all day for them to arrive 3 hours late. Extremely disappointing and I wish someone would have communicated that with me.
The technician was good, he was professional but again I wish there was more communication with the timing. It’s unfair to the customer. This company was a recommendation from a family member and I’m not sure I will be using them again.

My outside unit was not working so I called the next morning and the tech came out in the timeframe I was told. I told him I thought it was the capacitor that was bad, as it went out before so I was familiar with the behavior. He immediately … More told me it wasn’t that, which would have been the easiest diagnosis. Instead he told me it was 2 sensors that were bad. This was on a Tuesday before Thanksgiving and they were closed for the rest of the week and weekend. They didn’t have the parts and needed to order, meaning I would’ve been without a/c for 6 days! I still felt it was the capacitor so I called another company after he left. They came within an hour, immediately said it was the capacitor and I was up and running in 20 minutes! Had I not called someone else, I would’ve cooked Thanksgiving dinner in a roasting house! This to me is a/c 101. If the tech doesn’t check for this first, then they sure don’t know what they are doing. I have a maintenance contract with this company but as soon as this is up, I will never use them again. This has really bothered me and it’s totally unacceptable.
